I have Windows XP Pro SP2 with all the patches and I'm having this problem.
I tried re-installing.
Still, as soon as I click options, it crashes with that error message.
The comctl32.ocx file version is 220.127.116.11
I followed the instructions... yet I still get the runtime error 50003: this is with vb 6.0 runtime components AND WW 5.6 Beta 2 installed.
Just reporting that when I woke up this morning, I was pleased to see WW working again ;)
WW is now showing N/A for all the weather info...
but when visiting the weather.com website, the info is there...
almost like WW is not able...
