My apologies! Your name is similar to an English name "Barbara" which is female -- no offense intended. [:)]
By the way, RapidShare only lasts for about 30 days before they delete the file. (Or maybe 30 days after the last download, I don't remember.)

You need to have an icon on the skin's screen or ticker to indicate if there is a severe weather alert. Otherwise, great job!

The alert icon shows next to the city's name at the top of the forecast window when there is an alert for the area. Details for the alert are obtained by clicking on the Interface Skin's Alert icon/button. And only WW's Splendid Interface Skin has an Alert button option unless you download updated skins from others.

Now I see the alert messages...I must have been running an old copy.
One bug: In the "today" forecast, it shows the wind as "N/A"...the wind is listed in the "Tonight" and "Tomorrow" forecasts.
You've done a terrific job...the thermoniter is really cool!

What time of day were you looking at it?
Weather.com, the source of WW's data and thus barba's skin data, changes the Today forecast data to "NA" about 3:00PM. If you were using the skin after that time NA is normal. If however you were viewing the skin in the morning then there is indeed a problem.
Update:
It's a bug. I just switched my WW window to it and it does indeed show Today's Wind as "N/A". It shows in the globe image and in My Splendid skin as 3 mph so 3 is the proper value.
On the suggestion side I wish the animated portion of the barometer was an overlay to the base barometer background rather than embedded in it. The four icons in a transparent setting would be perfect.
(Adding a blank or two or a couple of separador.gifs between the city's name and the alert icon would be nice also. )

I've made several improvements on Barba's skin.
The tonight/tommorrow data switch is now the same as weather.com
The NE sector of the wind compass has been made easier to read.
Go to http://webpages.charter.net/david1970/MarmolEn.zip and give me and barba some feedback. Thanks Barba for making such a great and unique looking skin.

I must admit weather skins are proving to be quite an education for me. Recently I learned that the moon phases are reversed south of the equator and now with this skin I see the compass' N points down while S points up south of the equator.
