What do you see when you try to view the map?

Thanks for the quick reply.
All I get is the graphic box with an "X" in the upper left corner.

For what it's worth. I have a HP 6945 with 240 x 240 screen. At first no maps would display, even after downloading info updates and switching between radar and satellite displays. Tried downsizing pixel size, to 230, to 220, and then it worked! Map size more than fills my screen. Has worked ever since.

I tried changing the resolution to 230, 220, 200, 190, 180. Still, no maps, radar or satellite.
