I want to skin my tooltips window. Specifically, I want to change the color, size, and font for each line independently. Additionally, there are times when separating data into groups by inserting a blank line will be desirable.

I have looked at the basic skin and understand its construction, but there must be additional features to match my needs.

And it's a major step up from what we had for a long time.
