Good work!
However they are a few ways to make the skin even better.
First of all, good job on adding mouseovers on the daily forecast screen. One suggestion: Add the date to the mouseover. It would keep me from having to calculate what date it is when I look at Wednesday forecast.
Hate to keep bothering you on the couple of things. The wind icon looks good, but you need the lengthen the black swoosh behind the cloud. Also Weather Watcher uses the same icon for Partly Cloudy/Wind , Party Sunny/Wind, and Clear/Wind. Using your wind icon, it would show a cloud when it is Clear/Wind. That's why I suggest a swaying tree icon.
The moon icons look better, but the shiney stuff on the moon confuses me. I couldn't tell what was dark and what was light in the Friday moon phase. The ones for next Thursday was much better. There's just too much darkl silver and black to those icons. What you might like to do is offer the user the choice between the Shiny moon icons, and actual pictures of the moon, or something else that is easier to read, Also after you fix that, we can have a feature to rotate the moon phases by 180 degrees to resemble Southern Hemisphere phases.
I like that you added wind direction to the mouseover for the daily forecast section of the Current screen. You need to do the same to the hourly forecast mouseovers. Also, while I like that you included precip percent to the daily forecast at the bottom of the Current screen, I think "Feels Like" would be more useful than precip at the Hourly forecast bottom section of the Current screen.
The barometer....the number is hard to read. You might want to enlarger the wind/barometer graphic or make the numbers bigger on the baroimeter.
Please don't think that I don't appreciate your work. You are doing a fine job. I guess I am a perfectionist. Thanks for taking our suggestions.

The bold letters and numbers under the day don't work for you Davey?

The dates are in the current conditions screen, but not in the daily forecast screen, Eddie, where I would read the detailed forecast. He can put the date in the detailed forecast mouseover, like you did with Stone Soup.
I know....I'm a perfectionist.....that can be both a blessing and curse.

chopin it seems to be working fine for me.
I'm using Vista Inspirat Brico Pack 2 1.0, True Transparency v 0.9.1, Weather Watcher v5.6.25l, and The most recent version of the Vista Skin that was posted on 03/28/2008 by redhotpaprika above.
I had some strange things happen to me when I was creating an interface skin and had some mismatched sizes with some of my graphic files. Maybe you somehow got a corrupted file and just need to download a fresh copy of the skin.
The softpedia article that EdP found goes on to mention specifically 64bit Windows and GIMP as being problems with Vista Inspirat. I personally don't use either of those and haven't run into any real problems with the theme. I've been using it for quite some time now.
I only recently discovered True Transparency and I was about to give up on it until I managed to get v0.9.1. and figured out how to edit the exclude.dat file in the download. Still, I didn't have to exclude WeatherWatcher though...
In case you're not completely up to date, as far as I know the latest Vista Inspirat Brico Pack is at CrystalXP.net here and this link is where I got v 0.9.1 of TrueTransparency.
