Here's a trivial but repeatable bug:

First, enable "Last Downloaded" in "Toolbar Tooltip".

Right-click on plugin and select "Retrieve Weather".

Move mouse back to plugin and let current conditions tooltip display.

The "Last Downloaded" value will say "361365.1" (or .2).

It resets to "0" after a few seconds.

I had no luck reproducing that bug using FireFox 4 and extension version 1.0.17. Are you using the same?
