The mouse over feature has stopped working on my installation of Weather Watcher. I am using version 1.0.17 and have the latest version of Fire Fox. All other features seem to be working and I can make changes to the settings (such as number of icons to display, weather station to display etc). I have disabled the pop up blocker in Fire Fox but that makes no difference.

I'm using 12 too, but the popup is displaying as expected.
Which weather station are you using? Do you still notice this problem if you switch to a different weather station?

I have switched to every local station around my location and it still does not work.
