Sometimes in Windows 8 preview, wherever I click the WWL icon in the system tray, it brings up a webpage with U.S. Severe Weather Map instead of showing me the WWL app. I can't even right click to exit the app.

The only way to fix it is to use the task manager to end task and then open WWL again and then it is fine again for awhile.

I noticed this in the past 2 releases including current 7.1.18. I don't know if the problem is related to Windows 8 preview or WWL but I never have any problems with any of my other system tray icons.
