Why is Weather Watcher trying to modify ww.exe?

I got this trying to Click on Add More Maps.

ww.exe is Weather Watcher Live. It certainly could not modify itself while it's running. The only thing that makes changes to ww.exe is the Weather Watcher Live installer when installing updates. That said, I'm not sure what that message is trying to tell you.

Ok, thanks. I pressed Deny on that popup but WW seems to be running just fine anyway. For now I'll assume it was a one time thing.
