switched to W7 from XP. when i boot WWlive all i get is blank white screen.

Download a new installer from http://www.SingersCreations.com and reinstall Weather Watcher Live over top of your existing installation. Make sure you're logged into Windows as an admin or run the Weather Watcher Live installer as an admin.

Weather Watcher Live uses an Internet Explorer component to display the weather data. Are you having any trouble with Internet Explorer?
