Hours in 24-hour format are displayed without the colomn separator, i.e. "2100" instead of "21:00".
I have AT&T tilt with WM 6.1. I've tried WW 1.0.17. The same issue was in 1.0.6 and 1.0.8.
It shows correctly in other applications and in regional settings.
