 Post subject: New PPC, wont install

I have an HTC Mogul.

I followed instructions exactly

Messages told me I already had the Microsoft program

Then copied cab to ppc, clicked, it said install was unsuccessful

Any suggestions

At what point did you see this error message? What is the exact message?
