Here is the first unofficial release of Portable StickIt:

Download Portable StickIt

To install, unzip all of the files to the same location on your USB drive.

From what I've been able to quickly test, it seems like everything is working. I noticed StickIt is a bit pokey since it's reading/writing to/from a USB drive. At the least, this should give you a good idea of what could be done with the portable version.

UPDATE:
The zip now contains an update that includes changes to make the read/write process a little more transparent. It seems to be working well
