This is NOT a bug in your program.
It is 82f outside right now. Weather Watcher is telling me that it is 71f. It is doing this because Weather.com is reporting the wrong temperature. My time is correct it is 2pm PT. Weather.com is set to the right city/state. Everything looks right. Except that the time the weather was updated is 2 hours into the future at 4:02pm PT. Could someone explain this to me?

Obviously TWC has a problem with the weather station serving the location you're using. You can try another nearby location to get better readings and you can try writing to TWC and telling them of the problem. Those are the only two options I can think of.
