Items to consider before submitting a bug report
  1. Are you using the latest version? If not, please upgrade to the latest version to make sure the bug you are experiencing still exists.
  2. Did you search for an answer in the Singer's Creations support forums? If not, please look for an answer there before submitting a bug report.
Items to include in your bug report
  1. A precise, detailed description of the problem.
  2. What did you expect to happen?
  3. What actually happened?
  4. Steps that can be followed to reproduce the problem.
  5. If you received an error message, include the exact wording of the error message.
